Dify's app cannot be deployed

Dify has been updated to version 1.2, but the plugins and APIs in the service have not been able to start, making it unusable. Does anyone know how to solve this?

When creating the dify app, several pods will be created. You can check if all the pods have been updated to version 1.2?

I'm on the free tiers and it tells I can't ven deploy dify because of the number of CPU in the plan. while the plan says up to 4 vCPU vs 2+ cpu request from dify.

what are the real limits of this plan ?
