Deleted App is still active

Question

Hello guys,

long story short: I want to delete an app, went to the app launchpad and "deleted" it.

However it's still active and I can't delete it, well at least I see no option. It's still shown in my app dashboard and it's still active.

please help me Gs

Hi,

Please click on “App Store” and then select “My Apps” from the top left corner. This will display all your apps.

If your app is listed there, click on it, and you’ll see an “Uninstall” option in the top right corner. You can use that to remove the app if needed.
