Support Response time

Hi Guys,

I am just wondering whether there's any support for the paid plan like Hobby? It seems like the response time from claw support is extremely long, even to an unacceptable level.

I have logged an issue to them for 2 weeks already, but only got 2 replies: one is only showing me normal operation, the other is asking my id.

No further reply or solution yet. It really disappoints me.
