Unable to Receive Free Credits – "Record Not Found" Error on New Account

Question

I just signed up on ClawCloud using my GitHub account, and I was expecting to receive the free credits as mentioned. However, after logging into the dashboard, I got the following error in the Account Center:

500: failed to get credits info: failed to get account: record not found

Because of this, I haven't received any credits and it seems like my account setup didn't complete properly.

Could you please help check and fix this issue? Let me know if any additional info is needed from my side.

I consider it's a sign leading to 'runaway' since my credit was withdrawn

Same here though I've registered with my Github profile a month ago, suspecting there is data issue happening to claw run platform.... let's wait for support to fix this

+1 yet as an registered user a month ago. A new 5 credit should've be added to my account automatically as per their free-tier policy. But the new bill month starts without any due credits and all the resources are suspended for that.
