hello

i have never seen any cloud service like this!
it seems only one person is doing all the jobs, managing servers, fight hackers and reply support tickets!

it is now over a week that my service is down! yes you hear right. 7 days down on production service

i was on the free plan and upgraded to Hobby by referring people, but after using my 5$ free credit then the service terminated, and now i see all my apps on the account are deleted and i had no backup of them

i spend hours to debug and run my services and now all are gone

Support replies after 2 days and nothing is solved

when every minute matters for us then how we can wait days for support reply ?

For urgent issues, it's recommended to contact the official support email, as they might respond faster.

I had this same issue - was really confused when all my apps appeared empty. Turns out I had the wrong region selected in the top-left corner. Switching back to my original region fixed it. Might be worth checking if you're seeing the same thing.
