Unable to View or Delete Deployed Apps – Billing Still Active

Question

I’m encountering an issue with the ClawCloud Desktop App Launchpad. Although I have already deployed multiple apps (e.g., metabase, n8n-lojdsisd), none of them appear in the list within the Launchpad interface.

Issue:
Deployed apps not showing up in App Launchpad on ClawCloud Desktop. I already deployed apps like metabase and n8n, but the app list is empty.

Problem:

I can't see or manage the deployed apps.
I want to delete them but there's no option.
Billing is still running even though I can't access the apps.
A popup says: "This app can't be used standalone. Click OK to open it via ClawCloud Desktop." — but I'm already in ClawCloud Desktop.

Request:
Please help me:

Show the deployed apps again in the dashboard.
Let me delete/stop the apps to stop billing.

same to you, I deployed a rustdesk server with the template they provided, failed to deploy, but it's billing still alive with no display in app launchpad. confused.

The status field in usage shows an issue where both active and deleted entries display as active. The only way to verify if it's truly active seems to be checking if the total cost increases the next day.

I'm having the same problem, I only have one app in my "App Launchpad",

but two apps are being charged every day,

one of which is an app that has failed to be deployed, I can't see it in "App Launchpad", I can't delete it, and I can't stop it from being charged every day. Please help me solve it!
