[Important Notice] Update on Idle Resource Reclamation Policy for Free Plan Users

Dear ClawCloud Run Users,

To optimize the allocation of public resources and ensure service stability for active users, ClawCloud Run will implement a new Idle Resource Management and Reclamation Policy effective December 13, 2025.

Please read the following details carefully to avoid any impact on your business operations.

1. Effective Date and Trigger Conditions

Starting December 13, 2025, the system will audit account activity for Free Plan users. If your account has not logged into the ClawCloud Run console for the past 30 days:

1. Your account will be classified as "Inactive".
2. The replica count for all your applications will be forcibly scaled down to 0, and services will cease immediately.

2. Key Impacts and Risk Warnings

1. Risk of Resource Preemption and Restart Failure
   Compute resources for the Free Plan are shared and preemptible. Once your application is scaled down due to inactivity, your allocated quota will be released to other active users. When you attempt to restart your application, we cannot guarantee availability within the public resource pool. Consequently, you may be unable to provision an instance to restart your application due to resource constraints.

2. ​Data Access Availability
   Your disk data and Persistent Volumes will be retained by the system and will not be deleted. However, please note that access to this data is contingent upon the successful launch of an application instance.
   If your application is scaled down due to inactivity and subsequently fails to restart due to resource shortages, you will be unable to mount or access your stored data.

​​Important Note:
To ensure data security, please backup and export critical data before December 13. The platform assumes no liability for data inaccessibility resulting from service suspension due to failure to maintain active status.

3. How to Maintain Service Continuity

1. ​Free Plan Users
   Please strictly adhere to the practice of logging into the console at least once a month. This is the only verification accepted to retain your current resource slot.

2. ​Paid Plan Users
   You are exempt from this policy.
   Paid subscriptions include guaranteed resources. Your applications and services will NOT be forcibly scaled down or reclaimed due to login inactivity.
