can't upgrade to hobby

Hi, I’m having trouble completing my payment. I’ve tried to pay by card several times, but after entering the OTP, the screen just keeps spinning (loading) indefinitely. I have attempted this multiple times and the payment still won't go through. Could you please help me look into this issue and resolve it? Thank you.
