Good afternoon! I am a developer of the ponOS Linux distribution, I am an active Devbox user. I didn't know about the shutdown of devbox, but today I noticed that my devbox container is unavailable. Why didn't you at least warn me? On other services, there are warnings by mail and in the web interface. I am very disappointed. Could you try to restore my DevBox? I used the SSH ssh -i command.\devbox [email protected] -p 32413. I had the directory /home/devbox/chroots, /backup(s), I will continue to use your services if you let me transfer the backup.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the sudden suspension of my service. As a paying customer, I find the lack of direct notification completely unacceptable.

Why was no email sent regarding such critical information? My Devbox was fully operational yesterday, but today it is inaccessible. I only discovered the reason after stumbling upon a crude announcement in your forum.

Relying solely on a forum post with a mere 7-day notice is negligent, especially for paid subscribers. We do not monitor forums daily. Critical alerts regarding data and service continuity must be communicated via email or dashboard pop-ups.

My website and database are currently trapped on that server. This data represents a significant investment of my time and resources. Since I was not properly notified, I urgently request a temporary access window to back up my data.

Please provide a solution for me to retrieve my files immediately.

Even though you sent an email alert on the 12th, the funny thing is that he was identified as spam by Google Mail
