Unable to retrieve ClawCloud Run Account ID for refund form

Hello,

I am trying to submit the refund form, but the ClawCloud Run Account ID field is required and the value must match exactly.

I registered using GitHub OAuth and I am currently unable to access the console/website, so I cannot retrieve my Account ID.

My account information:

• GitHub username: junhe421
• GitHub email: [email protected]
• Annual plan purchased on April 22, 2026

Could you please tell me how I can retrieve my Account ID, or help locate my account for the refund request?
