Issue Description
My account meets the requirement of having a GitHub registration for more than 180 days, and I log in every month as required.
For some unknown reason this month, the $5 credit distribution and the account balance check were not synchronized, which resulted in my account being flagged as having insufficient balance and my instance being terminated. The $5 credit was later added to my account.
However, due to this incorrect judgment, my instance is now stuck in the "Creating" state, and the Pod List has disappeared, preventing me from backing up my Local Storage data.
I kindly ask the IT team to help investigate and resolve this issue. I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
