Refund Policy for Paid Customers

If you are an existing paid customer, please note the following:

  • You are entitled to a refund based on the remaining unused service period.
  • To request a refund, please fill out our Refund Information Collection Form (https://forms.gle/GDXsH9AUzqZSTY8NA) before the deadline.
  • Refund deadline: May 20, 2026, 00:00 UTC.
  • Requests submitted after the deadline will not be eligible for a refund. No exceptions will be made.

  • Export or back up any data you wish to retain before May 11, 2026.

I payed 92.77 USD for a pro annual subscription. My total usage cost is 36.62 USD. The amount request in the google form that is requested to be input according to the form is the "Recharged Available". I never had to recharge ion any month, so this amount is 0. Why you are not counting the amount that is payed in advance but will never be used in my case 92.77 - 36.62 = 56.15 USD.
Is this a clever marketing trick? No that i found out the trick I can't go back to the Form and edit it. Are you kidding?

The form requires filling in two types of refunds:

  1. Subscription Refund
  2. Separate Top-Up Refund (minimum $5)
    These two types will be refunded separately. If you have never topped up your balance separately, please select "No" for "Do you have any unused account balance?"

How can I back up my data if the service has stopped? I can't even access the console.
