Kafka Stuck in "Updating" State - Replicas and Components Not Ready

Viewed 10

Hello,

I'm encountering an issue with a Kafka container I deployed using the one-click deployment feature in Clawcloud's container service. The cluster's status has been stuck in "Updating" for the past 14+ hours, and I'm still being charged for the service.

Here's the detailed status information:

Status: Updating
PreCheckSucceed, Last Occur: 14h20m ago
The operator has started the provisioning of Cluster: test-db
ApplyResourcesSucceed, Last Occur: 14h20m ago
Successfully applied for resources
ReplicasNotReady, Last Occur: 14h20m ago
pods are not ready in Components: [controller kafka-broker], refer to related component message in Cluster.status.components
ComponentsNotReady, Last Occur: 14h20m ago
pods are unavailable in Components: [controller kafka-broker], refer to related component message in Cluster.status.components
Based on the status, it seems like the controller and kafka-broker components are not becoming ready/available.

Could someone please advise on how to troubleshoot this issue or point me in the right direction to diagnose the root cause? Is there any further information I can provide to assist with the diagnosis?

Thanks in advance for your help!
