I am writing to report a synchronization issue with my account. I successfully upgraded and activated the Hobby Plan today, February 12, 2026.
While I received the confirmation email stating my plan is active until February 12, 2027, my account dashboard still displays my previous subscription status.
Plan Paid: Hobby Plan ($5 credits, 16 vCPU / 32GiB RAM)
Activation Date: February 12, 2026
I have already tried logging out and back in, as well as clearing my browser cache, but the status remains unchanged. Could you please manually refresh my account metadata to reflect the correct Hobby Plan status?
