I signed up through github for $5 monthly credits. Even after upgrading to Hobby plan which is $5 a month, i still have the same amount of credits i had in Free plan which is $5, shound't it be $10, what is the difference between the two plans?

Upgrading to the Hobby Plan will upgrade the Plan Included balance to $5. If you did not successfully obtain the Plan Included balance, please provide your ID for us to investigate.

Failed to launch app with docker image
