Why refunds are limited to the "Recharged Available" section, and refunds are required for the purchase of annual usage

I purchased 1 year of service on December 20, 2025, about $30. And now I have only used 5/12 of the service, and you, as the operator, should refund the remaining 7 months. This is the most basic spirit of the contract.
Unless starting from April 23, in order to protect the rights and interests of each annual paid user, the Clawcloud run server will be officially shut down until April 23, 2027. Otherwise, all users will have serious doubts about the spirit of your business contract, and the remaining unprovided services will not be refunded, which is commercial fraud. All users will reserve the right to sue you.
