[PROBLEM] Alist Deployment Not Accessible in Singapore Server (Tried 5 Times)

I have deployed and deleted the Alist instance 5 times on the Singapore server, but still not accessible. Meanwhile, when I tried in other regions such as the US and Japan, the instance is accessible in 1 minute (in the US) or 5 minutes (in Japan).
