I registered my ClawCloud account using GitHub, and the GitHub account is more than 180 days old. According to ClawCloud’s documentation, new users are supposed to receive $5 in free credits every month to use the Run service.
I received and used the initial $5 credit during the first month. However, when the new month began, no new credit was issued, and I’m now unable to use any services (the Run service shows insufficient balance).
My questions are:
1. Are there any conditions under which the $5 monthly free credit doesn’t get issued automatically?
2. Are there any hidden requirements or limitations (e.g. account activity, payment verification, etc.)?
3. Is there a way to manually request or recover the monthly credit? Should I contact support or submit a ticket?
