The payment process is fast and convenient, but when it comes to finding customer support, there is simply no way to reach them.
I was previously on the Free Plan (Zone: US EAST ZONE, ID: 9ZrWUOIK01, NS: ns-tvb6zk8m).
After upgrading the app recently, it has been stuck in Creating, 0/36 pod status and is completely unusable.
I thought that upgrading to a Paid Plan would solve the issue, but it turns out I can only create new apps in the paid zone. My original app in the free zone contains many important data and workflows that I need to migrate — this was the main reason I upgraded to the paid plan.
Now, even as a paying customer, I still cannot access my original app or migrate my data. Am I expected to rebuild all my workflows from scratch?
Worse yet, there is no clear channel to request a refund or file a complaint.
This is a terrible user experience!
