We are currently experiencing a critical issue where our Singapore instance is completely inaccessible from Mainland China.
Affected Resource:
Public IP: 47.79.98.82 (and associated IPs like 47.79.123.18)
Region: Singapore (Alibaba Cloud)
Issue Description: According to our synthetic monitoring data (please see the attached screenshot), access requests from almost all provinces in China (including Shanxi, Fujian, Beijing, Guangdong, etc.) are failing. This issue affects all major ISPs (China Telecom, China Unicom, and China Mobile).
Symptoms:
The monitoring tool reports a "Failure" status for all China nodes.
The connection times out consistently after approximately 10 seconds.
The server remains accessible from regions outside of China.
Request:
Could you please investigate if there are any routing anomalies on the cross-border network between China and Singapore?
Please help verify if the IP 47.79.98.82 has been blocked or blackholed due to network security policies or firewall restrictions.
If the IP is blocked, could you please guide us on how to replace the public IP?
We urgently need to restore service availability for our users in China.
