I am writing to request assistance regarding the $5 monthly promotional credit for users registering with a GitHub account older than 180 days. My GitHub account (username: gramnaters) qualifies for this promotion, and I completed my Claw Cloud Run registration using this account.
After reviewing my account dashboard and billing section, the promotional credit does not appear to have been applied. Could your team please verify my account and assist with activating the credit? If any additional steps are required, kindly let me know. Additionally, I noticed that a recurring credit date appeared in my account dashboard, indicating that the $5 monthly credit was scheduled. However, the credit was never added to my balance, and the entry for this credit has since disappeared, as shown in my attached screenshot.
Please advise on how to resolve this discrepancy and restore the missing promotional credit.

I'm having the same issue. I suspect it's because the registration bonus hasn't been distributed.
