I'm facing the same issue. 1 Unhealthy POD showing. Updating to latest version or Restarting it won't work either.
you have t simple send a email on [email protected] with your account id they will fix it
this can some time happesdue to less CPU or Memory try incresing it and storage too!!!
I deleted it and re-added a new N8N app. It is working now. Best to download your workflow and then do this.
