My entire year of Hobby subscription expired on September 15.

I purchased a one-year membership on August 15, but later canceled it on the website due to a poor experience. It informed me that the cancellation would take effect on September 15. I waited until September, and when I logged in today, I found that I am already on a free subscription. However, I have not received a refund since September 15, and my Hobby subscription has already expired. I still have two services running in the Hobby region, but I cannot stop them because I cannot access the Hobby region.
Either give me a refund or restore my Hobby subscription status.
