Unable to install Outline wiki from App Store

I'm trying to install online wiki from app store.
In Gemany region can't get process finished. Status is alwais "pending"
In Singapore or Japan the process seems to be finished but i get error message when trying to login.
I think stallation script is missing Authentication Provider.
Any help will be appreciated.
