1 of my Devboxes (us-east-1, 2c8g) has been running for 6-8 hours straight, yet no charges have been incurred during the period. I've also seen that the usage of the devbox has never exceeded 1%. So am I charged for the whole 2vCPU and 8GB RAM, or only for the resource usage shown on the console?
(P.S. Somehow I can still connect to that devbox, but the us-east console returned error 524)
