Regarding my terminated service (Devbox), I have a formal request.
If you are unable to temporarily restore my instance or provide a data snapshot, I formally request a pro-rated refund for my "Hobby" plan subscription.
The Issue: My service was terminated on Jan 15, but the notification email was only sent on Jan 12. A 3-day notice is completely insufficient for a paid service. Since I have paid for the service period that I can no longer use due to this abrupt termination, it is only fair to refund the unused portion of my subscription.
I would much prefer a 24-hour access window to retrieve my files over a refund. My priority is strictly my data.
