Issue description:
The service was working before, but now Pod List becomes 0.
After clicking update or restart, no pod is created.
Account balance is still 5.
Reproduction:
- Open the service
- Click update or restart
- Pod List still shows 0
Additional info:
- Previously working normally
- No pod name is shown
- Please help check whether this is a deployment issue, image pull issue, resource issue, or platform-side issue.
Important note:
The affected service uses local disk storage in US East, and I need to export the data from that disk.
Because no pod can be created in US East right now, I cannot mount the local disk to a running container to back up or export the data.
Please help confirm:
- whether this is a known US East region issue
- whether the local disk data is still safe
- whether the disk can be reattached, recovered, or exported after the region issue is resolved
- whether there is any temporary way to access or back up the local disk data
This is important because the service data is currently stuck in US East local disk storage.
