Issue Support: M9aYWMjaqO - Ghost app on dashboard but missing from Launchpad, endpoint inaccessible

I’m using ClawCloud Run Free plan and I found that one of my old apps appears to be in a broken or ghost state.

Basic Information
Account email: [email protected]
App name: teamspeak-xfipygwe
Workspace region: us-west-1
Workspace ID / Namespace: ns-elxz9kv6
Endpoint: udp.us-west-1.clawcloudrun.com:33022

Problem Summary
The app still appears on my dashboard, but it does not appear in the App Launchpad. It is also inaccessible through its endpoint.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Log in to ClawCloud Run.
  • Check the dashboard.
  • Find app teamspeak-xfipygwe listed there.
  • Open App Launchpad.
  • Observe that the app does not appear in Launchpad.
  • Try accessing the endpoint udp.us-west-1.clawcloudrun.com:33022.

Expected Result
The app should appear normally in App Launchpad.
The app should be accessible from its endpoint.

Actual Result
The app appears on the dashboard only.
The app is missing from Launchpad.
The endpoint is not accessible.

When It Happened
I’m not sure when the issue started. I only noticed it when I checked the app recently.

Could someone please check whether this app is stuck in an invalid state, and advise whether it can be recovered or removed?
