I purchased the annual service on December 20 last year and paid the annual fee. Now I only used it for 5 months, but I was told that it was not refunded when I got a refund. If you persistently refuse a prorated refund in violation of the TOS (Service Agreement), I will submit a complaint to the Singapore CASE and report your merchant violation to Alipay.
I also call on all users who have not received ClawCloud to file a complaint against ClawCloud collectively with the Singapore Consumer Protection Authority (CASE).
Method: If you paid via PayPal or Stripe (credit card), open a dispute immediately with the reason "Agreed service not received". This method can directly freeze the other party's pool and usually force the manufacturer to take the initiative to refund.
Retain evidence: Take screenshots of your account balance, service expiration time, and conversations/announcements of the other party's refusal to refund.
