Cannot enable hosting for object storage?

I'm experiencing an issue where clicking the Enable Hosting button for my bucket doesn't produce any response. Additionally, I'd like to confirm if the Hobby plan includes unlimited data transfer for object storage. Thanks!

I configured it and then clicked the 'create bucket' button, but the interface keeps showing 'Initializing'.
