Why is the app already running, yet I'm still unable to access it?

It has been 30 minutes since I deployed Alist, but I still can't access it. It was working normally a few days ago. Today, whether I'm deploying or updating the application, I have to wait for a long time before I can access it. Both the logs and the application are in normal condition.

Could you try redeploying the Alist app and see how it goes?
