I logged into my account in April, with 4vcpu/8GB RAM, running 24/7, only using ubuntu24.04, one workspace, and it ran out of credit after about 10 days. I logged in through GitHub single sign-on. The registration time of the GitHub account must be over 180 days. According to the documentation, 4vcpu/8GB RAM should be free. Why is my server currently suspended and unable to start?
