I tried updating n8n it says the process is successfull but the app version remains the same. Any help please?

Hi, May I ask which method you used to update n8n? I used npm update -g n8n but encountered the following error:
"command terminated with exit code 137/n8n-nodes-langchain: sill placeDep node_modules/n8n OK for: @langchain/[email protected] want: ^3.22.4"
