An app that can't be seen is being charged

Question

I only have one app in my "App Launchpad", As shown in the figure below.

but two apps are being charged every day, As shown in the figure below.

One of the apps cannot be seen in the "App Launchpad", cannot be deleted, and is charged every day. Please stop the app from being charged, or show the app on the App Launchpad.

I'm in the same situation. I really couldn't find the corresponding program, so I deleted my account. Finally, I found I couldn't re-register on GitHub properly.
