Hi, I want to ask if the actual pricing model is based on an hourly rate or by minute. For example, Railway use per-minute pricing, but it is only compared at the hour level here. How is it billed if the usage is calculated by the hour? Is it the highest compute usage in an hour or the average compute in an hour? Or something else?
