The name of Postgres database cannot created.

Hi buddy,
I've followed the guide of PSTG https://docs.run.claw.cloud/clawcloud-run/guide/database/postgresql to create a new database,then inputed the name of db.
But, when I connected it with the Datagrip client,I didn't have it (see attachement)

(Here is the default database.)

So, what configuration did I miss?
