Monthly gift problem

I have not received the monthly $5 gift for June and July 2025. As shown in the attached screenshot, my next recurring date was listed as June 2, 2025, but no credit was issued on or after that date. And also I wrote an email 2 days ago but receive no reply. Can anybody check my account and solve my problem?
