Problem "no healthy upstream"

I used the storage, and now it shows "no healthy upstream." The app is gone, and that's fine, but I just want to recover my data. What should I do?

My app is still here,but I can't get into the "us-west-1.run.claw.cloud/". It shows the same like you "no healthy upstream.",my app is still working in west.Strangely I can get to east,germany.........
