I am writing to you regarding an issue with my annual PRO subscription.
I purchased an annual subscription for the PRO service and paid for the full year in advance.
Last week, I selected the option to cancel my subscription. My intention was simply to prevent the automatic renewal for the next year. I expected that my PRO service would continue to be active until the end of the current billing cycle.
However, I have noticed that my account status now indicates my PRO service will expire next month, This is not correct, as I have already paid for an entire year of service.
It seems there might have been a misunderstanding in how the system processed my cancellation request. I did not intend to terminate the service immediately. My goal was only to cancel the auto-renewal.
Could you please investigate this matter and restore my PRO service for the full annual period that I have paid for?
