Cancelled plan re-activated without my permission and charged to my credit card!

To ClawCloudRun person-in-charge,

I do not appreciate the dishonest act of acting on behalf of me to re-activate my cancelled account and charge me the fee without my permission. This could constitute the criminal act of cheating your client money!

And what make the matter even worse is that you do not allow user to delete the card information in your database so that you can continue to act for the user and charge us unscrupulously.

You need to resolved this issue asap or I will make this public!

I am extremely disappointed. Despite my repeated attempts to raise important questions and concerns with ClawCloundRun, they have failed to address them adequately.

Please note their lack of responsiveness is a significant issue. I rarely receive email replies, and it's consistently difficult to contact them

This manufacturer has virtually no contact channels, leaving users with no recourse if they don't respond to emails.

I agree with you,I want them to refund.

I have serious concerns that the service will be abruptly suspended.

The Singapore server (Hobby & Pro) is experiencing intermittent outages.
