"Plan" Not Visible After Registration: 500 failed to get credits info: failed to get account: record not found

Dear Crawl Support Team,

I am reaching out to report an issue I am encountering when attempting to access the Account Center on your platform.

I recently registered on your platform, and since then I am unable to view my subscription "Plan" in the Account Center. Instead, the following error message appears:
"500 failed to get credits info: failed to get account: record not found"

I have already tried some basic troubleshooting steps, including:

Refreshing the page multiple times

Logging out and back into my account

Attempting to access the page using a different browser and in incognito mode

Unfortunately, the issue persists despite these efforts. It seems to be related to a server-side problem when retrieving my account information.

Could you please look into this matter on your end? I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving the issue.
