I have paid for a Hobby membership subscription, but the account is not valid and the money has been swallowed by the system.

I just paid $30 for a Claw Cloud Hobby annual membership. My payment has been debited and I received the order invoice, but my account status still shows as the free version. I haven't upgraded to a membership yet, and I can't use the membership features.

I got the same problem, any support from the community?

There is no solution now. I sent an email to their customer service and it has been 4 days without any response.

Any chance to get the money back or stop continuous payment?

Please check your account subscription status, your subscription should have been successfully activated.
