no healthy upstream n8n

I should have no update.. Since I updated last week I can't get in my n8n anymore.. I didnt even backup my data. I wrote to support with my ID, after 4 days the only reply I got is "Please provide your ID" which I did. I even bought a year subscription.. Dunno what to do anymore.. my workflows :'( :'( :'(

Same thing - but i didnt update anything I had this error suddenlly in the middle of doing something.
