Unable to use account after deleting the only Workspace, request recovery

Hello, My only Workspace under the Singapore region was completely deleted after executing a full deletion command. Currently, there is no entry or icon shown in the console. Due to plan restrictions, I cannot create a new Workspace, which makes my account unusable.

Please help me with the following actions:

Restore a new Workspace in the Singapore region for my account

Or reset the original Workspace so that the console shows the entry again

Additional Information:

Issue: No Workspace icon in the console, unable to create a new one

Steps taken: Executed full deletion command, then the issue occurred

Expected result: Restore or reset Workspace to ensure account usability
