CREDIT NOT RECHARGED FOR THE SECOND CONSECUTIVE MONTH

i have a Hobby subscriptio that started on September 22nd , and my credit wasn't recharged by October 22nd .If you could resolve this issue , I would be very grateful . Thank you .
My cloud storage is currently blocked , along with all my work .
