Request Refund – Hobby Plan Activated but Services Cannot Start

Dear Support Team,

I have subscribed to the Hobby Plan, but my service still isn't functioning properly.
Here are the issues I'm experiencing:

  • My original container fails to create even after the plan has started.
  • Creating a new container also fails—it only tells me there's no space available.
  • I am unable to use any of the resources that should be provided under the Hobby Plan.

Since I cannot start or use any services under my current subscription, I kindly request a full refund for the Hobby Plan.

Please help resolve this issue as soon as possible.
