ClawCloud Run Terminal not opening ("infinite loading screen"): Attempt to reset n8n password fails

Viewed 22

Hello,
I am facing a persistent issue where the terminal for my service on ClawCloud Run does not load. The screen only shows the "loading" ("enchendo") message or indicator indefinitely.
The reason I need to access the terminal is to reset my n8n password, as it stopped accepting the password I usually used to log in.
We have already tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:
Browser: We tested on three different browsers (Google Chrome, Opera, and Microsoft Edge). The issue persists in all of them.
Firewall/Antivirus: I temporarily disabled the Advanced Firewall and real-time protection of my McAfee software, but the terminal still would not open.
VPN: I disabled the Opera browser's built-in VPN.
Account Upgrade: I upgraded my account to increase the RAM memory, thinking it might be a problem with the system's inability to open the terminal or the service.
I would also like to ask if there is any problem or consequence in not opening the n8n for more than 30 days.
The issue seems to be with the connection between the browser and the platform's terminal service, preventing me from performing the necessary password reset.
I appreciate any help or guidance.

All these problems stem from insufficient resources in the free area, so you cannot start new terminal pods

So how do we solve this? What should I do?

If you are a free user, it is recommended that you use the German region to try it.
