Request for Refund – Hobby Plan Service Stuck in Pending State

Hi Claw Cloud Support Team,

I recently subscribed to the Hobby Plan, but the service I created has remained in a pending state for more than 24 hours and is still unavailable for use. Since I have not been able to utilize the service at all, I would like to kindly request a full refund for this subscription.

Please let me know if you need any additional information to process the refund.

The problem has been temporarily resolved. Although the service status is still pending, it is now accessible.

If you are a paying user, then I strongly recommend that you use the resources in the paid area because it is more reliable. If you still need a refund, then please provide the order id and your id, and I will handle it for you.

I’m following up on my previous refund request for my Hobby Plan subscription. The service I created remained in a pending state and was never usable. Since I could not use the service at all, I deleted all services a few days ago.

However, I still haven’t received any update regarding my refund.
