Requesting Refund for Unexpected Hobby Tier Charge – No Usage & No Response From Support

I am posting here because I recently noticed an unexpected charge on my account for the Hobby tier, even though I never requested or intended to upgrade my plan.

I did add my payment method earlier, but I did not choose the Hobby plan. However, the system seems to have automatically upgraded my account and charged me without my confirmation.

I contacted Support by email, but unfortunately I have not received any reply, so I’m seeking assistance here.

To clarify:
• I did not request the upgrade
• I have not used any of the Hobby-tier features
• The charge appears to have been made automatically when I added my payment method
