I have paid to join hobby, but my network exit speed is severely throttled, resulting in a connection bandwidth of around 300 kbps. I suspect this is because I exhausted the 10G data allowance before joining hobby. However, after I completed the payment and activated hobby, my speed limit was not restored, and it remains around 300 kbps. This is highly abnormal and unreasonable, as I know the normal internet speed should be above 200,000 kbps. Please assist in restoring my exit speed as soon as possible.
